One and a Half Day Individual Electric Kiln Glass Fusing Workshop
One-on-one, two(ish) day (Day 1: 10am – 4pm; overnight fuse; Day 2: 10am – 1pm) electric kiln (Skutt 14) glass fusing workshop, inclusive of all materials (the whole studio is there for us to play with) and light refreshments (biscuits & hot drink).
The content of the workshop is tailored to experience and interest level of the attendee. The glass pieces created in this workshop are typically larger and more complex (compared to microwave kiln work); this is not a workshop recommended for beginners.
All workshops contain a ‘safe practices’ component. The two day sessions typically consist of design and layup on day one, fusing over night and finishing off with cold work and mounting on day two.
