Workshops are scheduled to suit (weekday or weekend) and by appointment only.

All Day Group Workshops $250pp
Small groups of 3-4 persons max, all day (10am – 4pm) microwave fusing workshop, inclusive of all materials (the whole studio is there for us to play with) and light refreshments (biscuits & hot drink). The content of the workshop is tailored to experience and interest levels of the attendees. The All Day sessions typically consist of a safe practices introduction, familiarisation/refresher on glass cutting and then design, layup, fusing, coldwork and mounting of several pieces. The exact number depends on what size your designs end up being as this dictates kiln size and time.
All day Pair Workshops $350pp

Things to Note
- These are workshops, not shopping sprees. During the small kiln workshops you can expect to end up with 3-5 pieces, during the electric kiln multi-day workshops it’s usually 1-2 bigger pieces.
- You will create pieces you love and ones that you don’t so much, ones that are ‘finished’ and ready for their intended use and some where you ran out of time to realise your vision. This is part of the learning process. A ‘fixing’ or ‘finishing’ option beyond the duration of the workshop is not included.
- Workshops might include any of the following creative focal points: millefiori, recycled glass, reactive glass or inclusions. Beginners usually do a basic skills type workshop and then branch out into more adventurous areas during subsequent sessions. Content of the workshops is flexible so just reach out and let’s see what we can conjure up.
- Casual studio and or kiln time is available by appointment and costs of this are negotiated on a one by one basis. Factors that determine cost are whether you have your own materials and tools (excluding kilns) and the level of experience you have programming kilns etc.
